This structured data engine is the intellectual property of MoreJobsLocal and remains so under all circumstances, including full site buyout. Buyout clients retain all structured data output embedded in their pages at the time of purchase. The underlying engine is not transferred under any option.

We maintain your site, keep your GBP active, produce content, monitor your AI visibility, and make sure your structured data stays current as your business grows. Your TrustIndex carousel stays live, syncing new reviews automatically with auto-reply included.
Year one requires an annual commitment. This protects both sides: you get our full attention and best work; we have the runway to deliver real results.

Manager-level access to your GBP so we can optimize your listing, update categories, service areas, hours, and posts. We request manager access only — never ownership. You retain full control of your profile at all times.
Your legal business name, primary service and all services offered, service areas, hours of operation, pricing (if applicable), founding year, any licenses, certifications, or industry credentials, and any awards or recognitions.
A selection of your best job site photos, team photos, and before-and-after imagery if available. Your logo in a high-resolution format if you have one. If you do not have sufficient photos, we will source or generate appropriate visuals. We will always use the best available materials and will not publish anything that does not represent your business well.
If you have an existing website, simply give us access and we will extract your business information, services, copy, and imagery directly. This significantly reduces your onboarding effort and speeds up your build.
To make your site live on your own domain, we require access to your DNS settings — typically through your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, or similar). This is a temporary, specific access to point your domain to our hosting. Your domain remains entirely yours. We never hold it, transfer it, or retain access beyond what is needed to keep your site live.
We handle the technical side completely — the website, the SEO, the AI visibility, the schema, the Google Business Profile, the content. But there is one thing only you can do, and it matters enormously: keeping new reviews coming in.
Google and AI systems both weight review recency heavily. A business with 20 recent reviews consistently outperforms a business with 200 old ones. This is not a theory — it is how the algorithm works, and it is one of the few ranking factors that sits entirely outside our control and inside yours.

We accept one client per service category per municipality. If you are a plumber in Vaughan, you are the only plumber in Vaughan we represent. Businesses in the same trade operating in different cities or municipalities across the GTA are not considered a conflict — they serve different local search markets and we build fully independent strategies for each.
If any overlap exists at the time of your onboarding, we will disclose it to you before you sign. You decide whether to proceed.
